The webshop and customer service operates from Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00, with exception of Swedish Holidays. As soon as you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order is normally sent the same day or the day after, depending on the time of order placement. Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We reserve the right that we might run out of stock. If you wish to make a change in your order or have other questions about your order please contact us as soon as possible as your order is normally shipped the same day as placed.
